WELCOME TO THIS SITE WHICH PROMOTES PEER-SUPPORT IN SCHOOLS AND INSTITUTIONS. We give information on peer-support and our customised service for schools, educational institutions, and workplaces where people of all ages are trained in anti-bullying, peer support, mediation, assertiveness and other Personal Social and Health Education (PSHE) issues. The peer support training is mostly used by schools and institutions in Staffordshire and the Midlands but is also available for other parts of the UK and Europe. It includes all or any of the following depending on the needs of the institution, school or workplace. ·Training and supervising students and/or staff to set up and run their own peer-support service ·Training staff in anti-bullying strategies and policy making. ·Leading support groups for various groups of students and /or staff experiencing difficulties. ·Teaching social skills courses for small groups . ·Leading workshops on peer-support, mediation and co-counselling for personnel from various institutions and workplaces to develop and practice their skills and to network.
